Billing questions
What happens when my balance hits $0?
Requests return 402 until you add credit. Keys stay valid.
How do I add credit?
Top up any amount from $5 in the dashboard under Billing. Credit is prepaid and never expires.
Will I be warned before I run out?
Yes. Owners and admins get an email when the balance crosses $5, $1 and zero. You can change the thresholds in Settings.
Are failed requests billed?
No. Failed requests and answers are free.
Is there a rate limit?
120 requests a minute per API key. Batch texts into one request to do more per call.
